It's Never Too Late -- Even for Brain Dead Women
I read this article and it gave me hope. For it is proof that it is never too late for a woman to redeem herself in the eyes of the Lord. Where the activist judges of Florida condemned Terri Schiavo to death, we have the perfect example of why such a decision was evil. Just look at what this woman was able to accomplish, even in a vegetative state. She is a shining example of what can be done with all the brain-dead, vegetative, and/or comatosed women of the world. Rather than debate whether or not to pull the plug, we should be impregnating all of these women and turning them into baby factories. It is, after all, the duty of a woman to bear children and if the technology is available to accomplish such an important mission, then it should be used. Of course no one can be sure, but I am fairly certain that somewhere in the vacant minds of the vegetative each delivered child implants a seed of Christianity such that when the women are finally allowed to die, they will certainly be brought to Heaven. We give the homeless food and shelter, we deliver aid to needy countries across the world -- why should we deny charity to our brain dead women?

Heavens to Betsy! What an extroardinary idea! We must pass laws immediately mandating that this will be our national policy, so that we can generate life, even in the face of death! Life will have victory over death, and we will make our country anew into a culture of life. We can remake our society afresh, so that it is teeming with brand new babies and life as far as the eye can see! And once those babies start to come of age we can forget those who become influenced by the devil, and instead continue to focus our efforts on breeding countless more brand new babies! And that way, the cycle of creation and life will be everlasting! Praise the Lord!
To Nathaniel and Parnell:
I realize the two of you don't have a very high opinion of women, but this post is sicker than anything the two of you have written to date. What you're doing here is advocating the rape and/or abuse of the disabled. And while I sometimes doubt the intelligence of our elected officials, I don't think anyone in congress would be stupid enough to even suggest passing such a mandate. At least not if they are interested in keeping their jobs!
If this is meant as a joke, then you've definitely stepped over the line. If it isn't, you need help! Fast!

To All -- so, let me get this straight: it's okay to murder the crippled because they're "brain dead," yet we can't impregnate them to possibly guarantee their entry into heaven? you all are the ones that are sick. according to the hellfire-bound such as yourselves, women like Terri Schiavo need to die because they can't feel anything, they're not a part of this world, etc., etc. if that's true then they also won't mind being turned into vessels for good. so even if i were to accept the premise that the vegetative don't feel or think, my idea is not rape, because you can't rape a vegetable. but i don't accept that premise, and my idea is still good, for in the eyes of the Lord women are supposed to breed, plain and simple. just as normal women who get pregnant should not be allowed to have abortions, the vegetative should not be allowed to forgo their duty to the Lord.
ryven -- corrupt? that's an ignorant use of the term. in what way am i corrupt? corrupt suggests i can be bribed, that i don't hold my principals in the absolute highest esteem. nobody but the Lord Jesus himself can change my mind, unless I am absolutely positive that I am wrong. i would say i'm incorrubtable.

Nathaniel and Parnell: I don't think anyone here advocates murdering anyone because they are crippled. But I don't advocate using a piece of machinery to keep someone alive artificially, either! That is pure torture!
Have either of you actually been *faced* with having to make the choice of artificially prolonging the life of someone you love or letting them go into the hereafter? And if you had a mother, a wife, a sister, or a daughter who was determined to be "brain dead," would you advocate someone impregnating them against their will?
If the answer is "no" to either question, I suggest you both shut the *f* up.

Using a brain-dead woman for breeding is RAPE, and you know it. Would you take a mentally disabled woman a copulate with her just because you believe it her duty? I'm pretty sure God is not that masochistic. You, however, are very very sick.

tole-rage -- you are wrong. by the logic of people who want these people to die, they are not even people, so how can it be rape? by my logic -- where the vegetative are people, only with no ability to think for themselves -- it is our duty to do what's best for them, which, obviously, is anything that may get them in to Heaven. i think if you were to take a pole of the vegetative you would find that every one of them bar the truly evil would be more than happy to spend their time as the comatosed giving birth, since it will give them favor in the eyes of the Lord.
