Google Our Enemies, Christian Soldiers!

The last couple of weeks have brought me much despair, as I've read more and more disturbing reports of US companies betraying the Bible in this Christian nation. Let it be known that I am a great believer in capitalism, for the invisible hand that guides capitalist nations to prosperity is certainly the hand of God; however, it appears that Satan has a voice of influence on the markets, convincing certain companies in America to commit outrageous evils. Two prime examples: Sony and Walgreens. Sony, you may have read, is now planning to back a gay and lesbian music label, thus giving a greater voice to the dirty sin of homosexuality. Rather than help cage the homosexual animals that run rampant in today's society, Sony is helping them corrupt -- seduce -- our children, and it should not be allowed to stand. Walgreens, on the other hand, is forcing its pharmacists to fill birth control prescriptions, even when it goes against the pharmacists' beliefs. This is yet another example of the chains that America places on Christians, enslaving us to the desires of secularists. But besides my concern for the rights of my fellow Christian soldiers, I'm also disturbed that any pharmacy would even allow birth control to be sold. Birth Control is certainly evil, reducing sex into pure desire and therefore filth. Sex should be something much more than desirable -- it should be magnificent and holy, something that can only be achieved when it is for creating life. Furthermore, birth control turns women into whores and allows them to embrace their inherent evilness that first manifested itself with original sin.

Companies such as Walgreens and Sony need to follow the example of Google, which, you may also have read, has recently bowed down to the Chinese government and agreed to censor its search results so they do not offend the Communist Party. Don't get me wrong: I do not support the Communist Party, but I appreciate Google's willingness to sacrifice its ideals for the will of a Communist nation. America is a Christian nation, and Google, I am sure, will be equally willing to promote censorship of anything that is anti-Christian and against the Bible. It is therefore imperative that we Christians unite and lobby Google to filter out any filth that betrays the morals of the Bible. I am sure they will listen. In the future, as our technology gets further advanced, eventually, perhaps, being directly connected to our brains, we will be able to filter, to censor, anything and everything that is against the will of God. People will no longer be able to think unchristian thoughts; they will be disallowed from even considering Walgreens or Sony products as a choice. Therefore we will be able to punish tomorrow the outrageous and evil acts of companies today.

America is a Christian nation

Legally the United States of America is a god/dess-less nation. As in the First Amendment, "Congress Shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof..."
So You are suggesting a totaltarian nation where the *belivers* choose what is good for the whole? The majority religion should be the one enforced? Well i hope u like praying 5 times a day to Allah.

I am an athiest, and you fundies are really starting to piss me off.

What ever happened to Christian tolerance?? You fundamentalists crazies seriously annoy me. Why can't you keep your pathetic, small-minded, ignorant, hate-filled vitriole confined to the inside of your own home. People have the right to live their lives as they see fit without Christian crazies trying to create some f**ked up Christian utopia where everyone believes the same things and has no right to freedom of expression or belief! Get a freaking life!!!

Anonymous -- America is a Christian nation in that the majority of its citizens are Christian. It may be true that the Constitution prevents the righteous from forcing the nation's institutions to respect the Bible, but I am held to a higher authority -- the Lord GOD. I have no problem saying that the Constitution should be overturned and replaced with Biblical law. And also note that I am not attempting to choose what others believe, simply the way the country should be governed, as it is a country of mostly Christians.

anonymous -- Christian tolerance? are you suggesting that we tolerate evil, filth, sin? By that logic we should never have stopped the nazis from exterminating jews, ended slavery, or the aparthied. I'm sorry if the fact that I oppose your wish to revel in your sin without consequence annoys you. But I have children to think about. And what kind of Christian would I be if I did not attempt to lead people down a path of righteousness?

I am confused by your logic here. So the invisible hand only helps christians that are righteous, since it is God's will? I couldn't disagree more, and it doesn't seem to. Maybe the invisible hand will slap you in the face and you will wake up from your righteous existance that foresakes all those different.

anonymous -- of course you are confused by my logic. the devil has gotten to you! with clear eyes you would certainly understand that the invisible hand is the hand of God rewarding his righteous followers.

If you are so disgusted with the way America is run why don't you and your fellow Christian soldiers simply make your own country and then you can run it however you would like. Then those who want to live in sin can do so without disturbing you. Just a thought.

lisa -- finally someone other than anonymous! to answer your question, the reason why i don't simply "make my own country" is because we already have a country: America. It was founded by Christians; it is inhabited by Christians. the devil has simply used various tactics to turn this nation away from the Lord. no good Christian would simply run away at this. we have the power of the Lord behind us. this is not to say i would not like to one day expand the Christian empire to other places, like Canada or Saudi Arabia, but we must start at home first. home, after all, is where the heart is...

I oppose homosexuality too. Google isn't quite what it used to be because it now opposed Proposition 8.
